The business problem comes first
Nobody needs software. They need the calls answered, the audit passed, the peak survived. We start there and work backwards.
The constraint decides the design
Every industry has one requirement that outranks the rest. Find it early and the architecture follows. Find it late and you rebuild.
Cheap is the most expensive option
The version that has to be rebuilt in eighteen months costs more than the one built properly. We quote the second one.
If we can’t help, we say so
Some projects should not be built yet, and some should not be built by us. Telling you that costs us a sale and saves you a year.
